Our recent visit to Bletchley Park was a fantastic experience for all involved. Students had the opportunity to explore the historic site, learn about the incredible code-breaking work carried out during World War II, and gain a deeper understanding of the impact of intelligence and technology on history. Day 1 – How early is too early? 47 Year 8 students gathered at 1:30am to begin their journey to Italy. After a smooth flight and coach transfer to Rome, we dropped our bags and sampled our first Italian treats at a local bakery, where Mr Williams claimed the free teacher pizza slice. Race Day! Yesterday evening we attended the ice hockey match in Zell am See. It was a great experience for everyone to watch a professional match live! Moving on up! This morning we were greeted by glorious sunshine and we all had a bit of a spring in our step. Nearly every group progressed off the green slopes up into the upper sections of the mountains this morning. Our advanced group even ventured off to the highest point in the resort.
