Parents' Evenings

We hold a set of parents' evenings for each year group, once per school year.

​​We are changing the format of our parents' evenings for the new school year. These will now be for the entire Year group on the first date, with parents being asked to book this as the priority date.

Please note that there are some teachers who will become fully booked for the first evening, therefore we will be offering a smaller amount of appointments the following week. Please book the main appointments and only use the second evening if absolutely necessary.

Evidence has shown that these meetings are most successful when students are present, and so we would like to see your son/daughter with you.

The events are held via video call, bookable in advance once each event is set up. All parents will receive a communication via email when the events are set up. Please check our social media also for updates.

We use an online system called SchoolCloud for booking appointments. This can be accessed via a web browser. ​​​This booking system will be required for various other events during the year, some face-to-face, in school and others via video link that require appointments. ​When a parents' evening booking event is created, parents will receive a letter explaining how to access and book appointments.
