Year 10 Parent Workshops
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I would like to formally invite parents and guardians of year 10 students to attend a series of workshops throughout this academic year that will provide guidance in supporting your child with revision. There will be 4 workshops throughout the academic year and will have 4 sessions for each workshop to meet parent availability through in person and virtual sessions conducted through Microsoft Teams.
The first workshop – The Parent Role in Revision - will take place the week beginning of Monday 19th October. Please see dates below:
· Monday 19th October: 6pm-7pm In Person in the R.I.C. (max 30 spaces)
· Tuesday 20th October: 9am-10am Virtual on Teams
· Thursday 22nd October: 6pm-7pm Virtual on Teams
· Friday 23rd October: 9am-10am In Person (Venue TBC – max 20 spaces)
Please email me by Friday 9th October for which session you would like to attend. If you are not sure of your availability, feel free to book for multiple sessions and attend the one that best suits you. For the evening sessions, please do feel free to bring your child along. For the In Person sessions, there will be light refreshments.
If you are unable to attend any of the sessions above but would like the information, a summarized recording is available to be sent out. Please email me if this is your preference.
