Year 9X band Parents’ Evening Wednesday 5 November 2025, 3-6pm – via video online
The online booking system will open on Wednesday 22 October at 7pm
The deadline for booking appointments is Tuesday 4 November at 10pm
9X tutor groups:
9TTA, 9AVS, 9NOE, 9LWS
Year 9Y band Parents’ Evening
Wednesday 12 November 2025, 3-6pm – via video online
The online booking system will open on Wednesday 5 November at 7pm
The deadline for booking appointments is Tuesday 11 November at 10pm
9Y tutor groups
9JWN, 9LSN, 9FAV, 9JOR
Appointments need to be booked online via SchoolCloud
Please log on, using this link https://croftonschool.schoolcloud.co.uk/
Enter the following details:
Parent name
Parent email address
Your child’s name and date of birth.
(These details must be identical to the details we hold on our system).
Once logged in, click on the date, select your son/daughter’s Teachers and select the required appointment time. Once you have booked, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Appointment slots are 4 minutes, with a 1 minute gap between slots. These will start and end on time.
