Year 9 Meet the Tutor

Our Meet the Tutor event will take place on: Wednesday 15 April between 3:00pm and 6:00pm

This will take place on-site and we very much hope that you will attend and bring your son or daughter with you. Students will be expected to wear full school uniform.

Bookings will open on Wednesday 25 March at 7pm.

The deadline for booking appointments is Tuesday 14 April at 10:00pm.

Appointments need to be booked online via SchoolCloud

Enter the following details:

Parent name

Parent email address

Your child’s name and date of birth. (These details must be identical to the details we hold on our system).

Once logged in, click on the date, select your son/daughter’s Tutor and select the required appointment time. Once you have booked, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Appointment slots are 5 minutes long with each Tutor. Please respect your appointment time to allow enough time for Tutors to meet with all those who have booked. We would ask that families make only one appointment per Tutor, even when parents have separated. If there are any concerns about this then please contact your child’s Head of Year. Please be informed that Miss Sweetland will be available at the school gates or in the LRC for the duration of the event, should you need to discuss anything further with her.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the focus of this event is the pastoral wellbeing of your child. There will be a Key Stage 4 Transition evening on Wednesday the 20^th May which will be an information event, as well as opportunities to speak to core subject teachers and learn of all the additional support available once your child begins Year 10. More information on this to follow.
