Update to Student Photo Sharing Permissions

Dear Parent/Carer,

I hope you are well. We are currently reviewing the photo permissions we hold for students and would like to check whether you wish to update your child’s consent status.

At present, we have recorded no consent for your child’s photo to be used by the school. This means we are unable to include them in:

• Crofton School newsletters

• The Year 11 leavers’ book

• Posts on the school’s official social media/website

We fully respect all parent and student preferences regarding privacy and data protection. However, as we celebrate student achievements and important milestones, we want to ensure that your child has the opportunity to be included if you would like their permissions updated.

If you would like to update your child’s photo consent, please complete the form emailed home. We will then update our records accordingly. If you have any questions about how we use images, please contact the school.
