We are looking for an exceptional colleague with a passion for Science to join our core curriculum team in September 2026. We seek a highly skilled and enthusiastic teacher who can inspire students and facilitate rising attainment in this key subject. The successful candidate will be able to teach ages 11-16 in this talented and well-resourced department with a keen interest in teaching and learning.
The Science team are based in a dedicated Science building with well-resourced classrooms for the new AQA curriculum. We have a high attaining, engaged student body with students who enjoy Science. The successful candidate will be able to inspire our students with 21st century learning opportunities and have a track record of delivering good lessons with the ability to secure progress for every student. We are looking to broaden our offering of extra-curricular opportunities, candidates with an interest in STEM and cross-curricular links should apply.
This appointment also provides an exciting opportunity to teach some humanities lessons, working as part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with existing staff to create cross‑curricular links that deepen students’ understanding of both science and geography.
