We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic colleague to join our Year teams. This post will provide academic and pastoral support to a designated year team, with a specific focus on positive outcomes for disadvantaged students.
Prior experience of working with secondary age children is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant will be an ambitious practitioner who shares our school values of Kindness, Ambition and Diligence, and wish to develop their career through working with a talented group of staff who are committed to improving outcomes for Crofton Students.
