Botleigh Grange Hotel & Spa, Grange Road, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 2GA
Dear Parents/Carers,
Firstly, can I just say how proud I am to see how hard each and every student is working in the approach to their GCSE exams. A huge well done to all the students who have already completed elements of their options subjects. I really appreciate the support that is being given by those at home, it makes the world of difference!
I would like to provide the details around the Prom and how to purchase your ticket. The Year 11 Prom is a very special event at the end of a child’s school life that recognises their effort and achievement. We have currently sold over 130 tickets, which is amazing, but I would love to have every eligible member of the year group at the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Prom tickets are £47 and need to be paid for via Scopay by Friday 26 June.
The 2026 Year 11 Prom will take place on Tuesday 7 July at Botleigh Grange Hotel & Spa. We ask students to organise their own transport to the venue where they will be greeted with a VIP entrance including; red carpet, drinks reception and opportunity for photographs. It promises to be a memorable evening including: a professional DJ, disco, photobooth and the opportunity for students to celebrate together in a safe and enjoyable environment. We invite students to arrive from 5:30pm and will need to be collected at 10:30pm.
Our food option will be buffet style, including; gourmet hot dogs, burger sliders, pizza, potato wedges, sausage rolls, a salad bar and some mini desert options. The venue has assured us that it caters for all dietary needs.
Botleigh Grange is a beautiful venue and will provide the perfect setting for us to end our journey together as a year group. I really hope that all students will join us in celebrating. If you have any questions or queries, then please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to help.
