Free & Subsidised Teen Summer Retreat Days

Solent Hotel & Spa, Whiteley

This summer, Globe Fit is offering a series of Teen Wellness Retreat Days at the Solent Hotel & Spa in Whiteley. These uplifting and supportive retreat days are open to young people aged 11–16 and will run on Fridays throughout August.

🗓 Retreat Dates:

• Friday 1st August – Pizza Making & Milkshakes

• Friday 8th August – Skincare Talk & Demo with Solent Spa Team

• Friday 15th August – Pizza Making & Milkshakes

• Friday 22nd August – Mocktail Making

🕙 Time: 10:00am–3:00pm

📍 Venue: Solent Hotel & Spa, Rookery Avenue, Whiteley, PO15 7AJ

👧 Ages: 11–16

Each day also includes:

✔️ A fun fitness session

✔️ A creative and motivational workshop

✔️ A hot lunch and healthy snacks throughout the day

✔️ Positive peer connection and confidence-building activities

FREE HAF places are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we also accept childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare.

🎟 Paid places are £44 per day.

👨‍👩‍👧 Sibling discounts are available – families can email us for an individual code.
