We are seeking to recruit two capable, proactive and caring individuals to provide educational support to a student with complex health needs. Whilst the successful candidates will predominantly be working within a small team to support an individual student, they will also be an integrated member of Crofton’s school community. The role involves closely monitoring the student to ensure their wellbeing, support their learning and communication and to maximise their educational and social opportunities.
The successful candidates will have a genuine desire to work with students with a range of needs included within the normal classroom environment wherever possible. A good standard of literacy and numeracy is a prerequisite for this post.

If you can nurture and support individual students whilst having the flexibility and confidence to find ways to help them engage with their learning, then this could be the post for you.
