Autumn Term Parent Survey

Dear Parent/Carer

As part of our systematic approach to gathering the views of parents, we conduct termly parent surveys. Our autumn term survey is now open. Please complete the survey before midday on Tuesday 9 December.  The link has been emailed to parents/carers.

The survey is designed to be quick and easy to complete and should take you no more than 10 minutes, as it covers a number of areas with a simple rating scale. If you have more than one child at our school, please could you complete a separate survey for each child.

Please note in Question 14 where Personal Development is mentioned this covers everything we do to prepare students for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life in modern Britain. This includes PDL lessons, activities and events, Careers, Relationships and Sex Education, Extra-curricular activities and trips, assemblies and charity work.
