Race Day! Yesterday evening we attended the ice hockey match in Zell am See. It was a great experience for everyone to watch a professional match live!  Today was our slalom race day, with both students and staff competing for the title of fastest skier. Moving on up! This morning we were greeted by glorious sunshine and we all had a bit of a spring in our step. Nearly every group progressed off the green slopes up into the upper sections of the mountains this morning. Let it snow! We woke up bleary eyed this morning, after a late night following our trip to the thermal baths.  Some of our beginner groups made their way onto the main slopes today! It was amazing to see. The atmosphere on the coach home was so positive. A day of two halves! Today everyone was excited to take to the slopes for the second time. This morning we were met with a compete white out! Visibility was very challenging and the snow made it difficult to turn. Nevertheless, we had all but one beginner group move onto the main slopes - which is great!
