From February 2026, we are seeking to recruit a Senior ICT Technician to lead an effective and efficient ICT support service at Crofton, with strategic support from HISP IT leads.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for ICT; with a good working knowledge of a range of computer programmes and management information systems. They will also have an understanding of the principles of education in a secondary school environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Crofton is a friendly and ambitious school, excited about the future of education and determined to become ‘Exceptional’. In a move to achieve this, we joined the HISP Multi Academy Trust in April 2023. If you can nurture and support individual students whilst having the flexibility and confidence to find ways to help them engage with their learning, then this could be the post for you.
