Parents' Evenings

We hold a set of parents' evenings for each year group, once per school year. These are split into X and Y bands on 2 separate evenings, usually 1 week apart. This allows enough appointments for all parents to book. The events are held via video call, bookable in advance once each event is set up. All parents will receive a communication via email when the events are set up. Please check our social media also for updates.

We use an online system called SchoolCloud for booking appointments. This can be accessed via a web browser. ​

​This booking system will be required for various other events during the year, some face-to-face, in school and others via video link that require appointments.

​

When a parents' evening booking event is created, parents will receive a letter explaining how to access and book appointments.
