Year 7X band parents’ evening
Wednesday 18 March 2026, 3-6pm – via video online
The online booking system will open on Wednesday 11 March at 7pm
The deadline for booking appointments is Tuesday 17 March at 10pm
Year 7Y band parents’ evening
Wednesday 25 March 2026, 3-6pm – via video online
The online booking system will open on Wednesday 18 March at 7pm
The deadline for booking appointments is Tuesday 24 March at 10pm
Appointments need to be booked online via SchoolCloud
Please log on, using this link https://croftonschool.schoolcloud.co.uk/
Enter the following details:
Parent name
Parent email address
Your child’s name and date of birth.
(These details must be identical to the details we hold on our system).
Once logged in, click on the date, select your son/daughter’s Teachers and select the required appointment time. Once you have booked, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Appointment slots are 4 minutes, with a 1 minute gap between slots. These will start and end on time.
We ask that families make only 1 appointment per Teacher, even when parents have separated. The system does have the facility for more than one parent to join the video call from separate locations, please see instructions in the user guide above.
