With the end of the academic year fast approaching, we wanted to remind you that applications are still open for 23/24.

We offer a wide range of full-time courses at Eastleigh College, some of which are listed below:


Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) The accountancy and finance knowledge developed in this qualification is also the underpinning knowledge needed for the higher-level accountancy and financial skills developed in the Advanced and Professional AAT accounting qualifications. Accountancy can lead you into a variety of roles including bookkeeping, auditing, forensic accounting, business and finance, credit management and many more career paths. Students can look forward to progressing into employment or to further study at a higher level.

Business Business and Management is an extremely diverse career which can open doors to just about any organisation! You will learn key skills that are applicable to any business environment, including analytical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and effective communication. A qualification in this area could lead to a career in Accountancy, Human Resources, Management, Retail, Sales and Marketing and more.

Construction & Built Environment Building surveyors work on a range of projects including residential, commercial and agriculture to provide professional advice on land, property and construction. They assist at any stage of development, from design and building through to restoration or maintenance. The aim of their work is to keep buildings in the best condition while making building work sustainable.

This programme will equip you with an excellent understanding of the construction and built environment sector. It is equivalent to 3 A Levels.

Many students have gained employment with local authorities and building sectors control in a role such as an architect, building surveyor, quantity surveyor, project manager, civil engineer and structural engineer.

Hospitality & Catering The Hospitality and Catering industry is an exciting industry to be part of, with fast-changing trends and a diverse number of roles available. Careers could include working as an Events Manager, a Head Chef, Restaurant Manager, General Manager or Catering Manager.

Catering and Hospitality can open a range of doors, from working in a bar or restaurant to travelling the world on cruise ships and airlines.

The College has three industrial-sized kitchens which are all equipped with modern, up-to-date facilities, and these serve a newly refurbished restaurant, East Avenue, which can sit up to 60 people. Alongside experienced lecturers, this provides students with a fresh and modern environment which will provide them with the skills to confidently progress into the workplace.

Plumbing This programme is designed for individuals who wish to become employed in the plumbing industry but are just starting out and want a good, basic understanding of the plumbing trade.

Eastleigh College is a BPEC Registered Centre. We have a wealth of experience delivering quality, stress-free assessments and training. Diploma courses are designed to give you the skills required to allow you to be of value to a company. This will allow you to apply for an apprenticeship.
