Crofton Christmas Fayre 2025

Dear Parent/Carer,

As we are now in December, we are fast approaching that special time of year when we look forward to the festivities and celebrations that are part of Christmas. Crofton School are delighted to invite students and their families to attend our Christmas Fayre taking place on Monday 15 December from 4pm-6pm, which you may have seen advertised on our social media platforms.

The Christmas Fayre will be fun for all ages and will include food, drinks, a raffle, a tombola, a variety of games, a photo booth, musical performances by students, a variety of stalls run by both students and outside vendors, crafts and much more! Entry is free; however, any donations would be greatly appreciated as all money raised from the Christmas Fayre will go towards the students' Activity Day at the end of the academic year.

We will be using a token system, and a designated area will be available for purchasing tokens by card, and these can be spent at a variety of stalls. Please allow extra time as there may be a queue when purchasing tokens. We do have some external vendors attending the Christmas Fayre and they will be unable to accept tokens at their stalls. Therefore, please bring an alternative method of payment with you.

Raffle tickets will be on sale on the night, with the draw taking place at 5:45pm. We have some fabulous prizes which have kindly been donated to us, and so much more. You have to be in it to win it!

We have had lots of students offering to help at the Fayre itself. If your child is interested in helping, please complete the form that has been emailed home.

The Christmas Fayre should be a lovely event and there has been a buzz around school about it, so we look forward to seeing you there.
