Charities Week
As an annual event Crofton School have a week of charity activities. This year we will be supporting Cancer Research, Help for Heroes, Help for Parkinson’s disease and Dogs for the Deaf with Sponsored Cycles, Swims, Walks and Bowls. Students choose our charities, and we always aim to include a local charity. We have visitors come in to assemblies to promote their charity and tell us how the money raised is used. Our events range from cake stalls to huge events such as the Fashion Show. We have a presentation of money in December, and have given away anything up to £7000. We believe this to be a vital part of our students’ education.
