Our School
From the HeadteacherCrofton is a happy and successful 11-16 Foundation School with around 1000 students, serving the village of Stubbington and the surrounding area. As a school, we are motivated by a sense of the moral seriousness of what schools do; by a conviction that education, while important, should also be fun; by a belief that schools should be inclusive communities in which everyone is equally valued; and by a determination that we should not tolerate underachievement. It is a tremendous privilege to be the Headteacher of any school and I am delighted and proud in equal measure to have been entrusted with the responsibility of leading Crofton. I hope that you will agree that it is a fantastic place for young people to learn and develop and that, having explored our website, you will want to visit us and see it for yourself. Students and parents have a go at 'Go' On Saturday 16th February, 60 students from both Crofton School and our local feeder schools came along to have a go at a strategic game called 'Go', the history of which stretches back some 3000 years.
A great time was had by all participants and it was wonderful to see people of all ages working together on a stimulating and thought provoking challenge.
