4. Language and Literature (English and Modern Foreign Languages)

By studying English and Modern Foreign Languages students are prepared to become more efficient and fluent communicators in the wider world of work through the development of their oral and written skills.

The Languages and Literature faculty wishes to instil in students a deeper understanding of the social, historical and cultural context in which they live in order that they may develop into well-rounded, caring and thinking individuals equipped to make the most of their life chances in the future.
